What Wrigleyville needs is bus lanes. Game days shouldn't fuck over every single bus nearby, then folks could actually arrive in space efficient ways that don't ruin every bus nearby for every rider along the route. Folks at Ashland & 28th shouldn't have their bus gutted by a Cubs game.

Yeah I'm not sure. I don't 100% buy that the meter deal is an obstacle. There's still ways to prioritize buses without touching the metered car storage

Glad for open response questions because I can suggest items like GTFS-Pathways (which RTA proposed). It's an accessibility upgrade that helps riders navigate large and complex train stations and can handle detours when, for ex. one of two elevators are inoperable. gtfs.org/getting-star...

The biggest victory here isnt even the bus lane itself. Its a victory over The Process: - make a committee - meet with The Groups - make a report - start a non-binding referendum - make a pilot - make a report - make a plan - deploy a few years later People are SICK of this.

And there was tons of space for him to go around even if he hadn't yielded. He just made a tight turn for some silly reason. They were halfway through the crosswalk and the area right in front of me as I was coming up was clear. Didn't even say sorry or anything
