I find that a nap can often do wonders to help to clear my head! I recommend keeping naps to no more than 40-ish minutes at most, though. One’s sleep cycle kicks in around 45 minutes, and if you sleep longer than that, you’ll wake up feeling groggy. #StetChat web.archive.org/web/20120105...

I avoid gendered job titles altogether because even if there might be male and female versions—like “congressman” and “congresswoman”—that still excludes nonbinary folks in that role. #StetChat
