Pickled beet marinated for the fun Easter purple color w/mandolined cucumber, dill, ranch powder, & goat cheese

A more traditional take w/ mustard, parsley, cornichon, smoked paprika, and maldon finishing salt.

Soy marinated egg with chili crisp, kewpie mayo, sesame seeds, and chives.
