Oh damn Dead Space was pretty good. It feels like it started as a System Shock game and got turned into RE4 midway which I understand is pretty much what happened. It gets carried a lot by how well the arsenal of weapons compliments the limb-cutting gimmick. The weapons are REALLY cool...

Here's another anim for a potential powerup I did a little while ago: de-evolution serum that makes you a snake. Based on Metal Slug 4's monkey transformation. Were I to implement this it'd be cool to leave the molted skin as a separate object on the stage, because that'd be gross.

Something I have observed about criticism (online and in person) is that someone’s criticism of a work usually begins with a gut feeling that it *needs* to be criticized and then works outwards from there. I’m aware I’ve done it. I wonder how many people know they’re doing it. Is it normal?
