Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) is one of the biggest cons created by Tories, expanded by Labour. For every £1 of private investment in public assets govt repays £6, resulting in higher debt/taxes. Cheaper for govt to borrow or it can create money But govt is reviving PFI. Must change policy.
