i've forked your tools, added some UI updates (search, customizable faves, colour schemes, dark mode) and added some more tools (gif optimization (v. buggy), web font to desktop font conversion (useful!)) probs a bit hacky, but feel free to merge in to your version! github.com/blackalice/d...

I was losing my mind trying to work out why I kept getting really bad colour banding across gradients recently, low and behold a new Nvidia driver released today with this fix. i love that my extremely expensive GPU can suddenly stop performing basic tasks! 🥰🥰🥰

bad week 2026 day 8 - regret

a crudely drawn person slumps over with their head in their hands saying to themselves "i just feel so worried that i haven't done enough with my life and it's too late to start. I'm going to get to the end and all i'm going to have is the regrets about what i didn't do."
the blob person continues to speak as a dog smoking a cigarette comes into frame.
"the dreams I didn't have the courage and will to follow, the-"

the dog is riding a skateboard in addition to smoking.

as the dog rolls away the blob figure says "fuck. that's so cool."

You don't need to know blender. In fact, blender isn't a great tool for most 3d printing applications, unless you're sculpting. Anyway, a lot of the time you'll likely just be printing pre-made bits and pieces, unless you want to get in to custom stuff!

100

foy @foy.bsky.social · 10/12/2025

Honestly you just gotta. Also you'll be able to put it in a room that you don't actively work in which will be a lot nicer, haha.

Been building a little app this weekend. I've had the idea in my head for a while, after being really disappointed by similar tools (Fences, etc). Still a work in progress, but not bad for very little time at all - it feels very smooth and logical. Very much designed to work around my own brain!
