Finished reading the book "Attack of the black squares" from @as-king.bsky.social . It's really good, and gave me food for thought. The book is especially relevant in the time we live in now.

Cover of the book: Attack of the black rectangles. The cover depicts many censored crossed out words, only the title of the book is still readable. One of the censored words blocks a young kid's mouth from speaking.

It lives :) Although I need to backup my data first, before doing the actual switch. It now boots from an USB drive and everything seems to work out of the box.

Got some amazing records featuring music from @musicbyjonathan.bsky.social. The #soundtracks are truly atmospheric and bring me right back into the games.

Two records with game music on a wooden table. The one on the left is with music from After the Fall. The record to the right is from The 7th Guest VR and is signed with an autograph.

Thrift store find. They cost me €1,- a piece. Could not leave them there 😉

4 PS4 disc games on a wooden table (from top to bottom: Call of Duty Black ops 3, Evolve, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and Assassin's Creed Unity). In the background on the left some black cables, and behind the pile some other random clutter)

I like tiny tugboats =)

Really small 1 person tugboat, red wheel house, black hull, moored. The boat is called spike and there's a small black dog running happily away from it.

Two days ago we found a hedgehog in really bad shape (really under weight, heavy breathing, etc). After calling the hedgehog shelter we brought him there. Today we got a message that he's doing great 😃

Cute little hedgehog, sitting on newspapers in the animal shelter
