I turn 39 this week. As I start thinking about 40, I’ve decided this is the year I take care of me, too. I’m grateful for braces, a healthier mindset, being down 17 pounds, and finally finding some peace from the constant food noise in my head. Next stop: the gym and getting stronger. 😁

Feeling despondent that GLP-1 medications didn’t work for me. All they did was make me feel more miserable than I already am. In the past, 2 shakes a day for 6 days and 1 day of fasting were the only things that helped. Looking to try it again and praying it sticks. I just need a break and some joy.
