First section of comment:

quarto-hub could render documents but could not convert them to or from other office formats. This PR adds pandoc.wasm to the hub client. With it, the hub can export the open document (or a whole book) to six formats and import five formats into a Quarto document. All of it runs in the browser, with no server-side conversion.

Comments get their own treatment. Word comments arrive on import as plain spans holding a comment, and they render as margin bubbles anchored to the commented text. That rendering is @vezwork's work on feature/span-comments. This PR carries his three commits with authorship intact (91a2b2743, 95c1364b5, b45470b17), and the import work builds directly on them.

Incredible. When E—n M—k & his crew obliterated USAID in a weekend, they deleted a vast trove of publicly-funded knowledge: the Development Experience Clearinghouse. A Canadian high school student (!) happened to have downloaded the entire thing for a project. AidData has now posted it for all.
