An aspect of NC Supreme Court challenge not getting a lot of attention: Jefferson Griffin is NOT challenging Election Day voters w/o a SSN or driver's license number on file - he's ONLY challenging early & absentee voters w/o that info. What's different about Election Day voters? They favor Griffin.

Image shows a pie chart of all votes in the 2024 North Carolina Supreme Court Race and the vote margin by voting method. Early voting is roughly even at R+0.13. Absentee ballots are D+28. Election Day votes are R+7. Griffin is not challenging the votes of Election Day voters without a SSN or driver's license number on file. He is only challenging the votes of early and absentee voters without that information on file.
