the vector image upload is patched but theres a new one that works similarly to the forza horizon custom decals. its just a program that works out the image you want with the shapes in the program. image shows the ones i made with it & the youtube link is a turotial youtu.be/H44jo8xWXWM

kinda looks like it got converted from jpeg into a vector file. if a low pixel count image gets converted it usually loses alot of detail just like that. at least that's how it was when i converted pics 13 years ago cause there was an exploit where you could replace your gta crew pic with any vector

glad you're safe but be sure to get yourself checked! i got into a similar wreck almost 2 years ago. i felt fine but still decided to do physical therapy. i didn't realize how bad the damage was until i got a ct scan. i hemorrhaged multiple disks and had no idea cause the pain hadn't set in yet

an absolutely fucked up toyota corolla. the rear of the car is completely caved in, rear window shattered, the rear bumber is barely attached and covered in hot tar.
