🚨 NEW PAPER🚨 We showed that R&D investment is the most cost effective for reducing DACS costs compared to other scaling methods. However, if the technology is already mature with high learning rates and low potential for technological breakthroughs, then R&D yields no net benefit. #CDR #DAC
