Unusually grumpy #parkrun post. Stupidly hot again today in the south so was disappointed to see dogs still being brought along to run. Please don’t. And if you can’t leave your dog at home, please stay there with them. Or volunteer. Or walk. You have the choice, your four-legged pal does not.

Questioned my sanity when we left the campsite to travel in hail, freezing winds, rain and snow to Whinlatter Forest #parkrun but bloody hell it did not disappoint. What a fantastic team and the most amazing views (thanks in part to the monstrous hills on the route 🥵) A must do if you are nearby.
