Jubilee zipped past me with something in her mouth earlier - it was a cellar spider! Thankfully, she hadn't managed to kill it yet, so Jim put it on the wall. She also caught a moth a few weeks ago First ferret I've had who 'hunts'. Wish I could tell her not to!

Can't set up appts for exotic pets on our vet's site, but you call & they put you on hold for forever... I guess we'll try again later Jubilee's left ear is swollen/irritated & yesterday I noticed some hair loss. I also caught her rubbing her face on the floor 😞

the child may have to return to the vet. she in INTENSELY itchy i know ferrets are itchy critters, but this is excessive. i also noticed a red/rashy looking area around her ear too young for adrenal, i don't *think* it's ear mites. she's not really shedding. hmm...

i need to shower but before i do that i need ibuprofen because it hurts to move but to do that i have to go out to the kitchen to get the pills and water which means fiddling with the gate and the child is loose so she will definitely notice and try to escape and i don't want to deal with that

Just had this video pop up as a reminder of "on this day". I love how wholesome it is, Swizzels as a kit, very over excited, helping Suzanne cut up ferret treats. We buy these knotted Chicken & Duck chews from B&M, un-knot them, then cut them into small bits for the ferrets, who love them.

fuck adobe. seriously. i'm on the verge of tears. i downloaded a free trial of photoshop to make sure the .PSD files for the adopts i sold worked. apparently, when i did that, they reactivated an old subscription for adobe stock i cancelled YEARS ago i cancelled the photoshop trial, but -
