I registered myself for some vhs-courses - starting in September. Aquarell painting, Feldenkrais, one day going around the city and sketching people. It'll be fun! I'll have things to do in the fall/winter time - beside work. Probably will join another course about creative writing in January, too!

My hearts feels so full today. Maybe it's the weather, maybe it's the meds working and therapy helping me alot. Maybe it's me sourrounding myself with plants I take care of and doing more of what makes me happy. Anyway! Look! I cooked jam and my flowers are almost all in full bloom! <3

There are so many new things I want to try and create, just for the sake of creating. Just for the sensation of adventure and fun. Is this what it feels like to come out of the survival state for the first time? Is this what it feels like to enjoy life a little more and feel safe? I love it.

Ich liebe das ja, wenn nach einem Kochevent, von dem ich ein echt gutes Gefühl hatte und die Leute dort zufrieden waren & sich für den schönen Abend bedankten usw... dann im Nachhinein eine E-Mail an meine Chefin kommt, was ihnen alles nicht gefallen hat + wie enttäuscht sie in vielen Punkten waren

Noch eine Sache: es gibt massive Unterschiede in der Versorgungsdichte je nach Region. Während in Großstädten eine große Anzahl an Psychotherapeuten zu finden sind, sind in ländlichen Regionen, ibs in den neuen Bundesländern, erhebliche Versorgungslücken.

It's not easy getting back into the hang of everything again. I've been back home for about 3-4 weeks now. And honestly, it's kinda still weird, I don't feel so depressed anymore. Still need to remind myself it's safe to feel good.

I had a wonderful bday yesterday! We stayed at a farm in a wagon and I could look at the stars all night. There's a window above the bed. I got over my fear of horses and was able to pet a really gentle one. I'm also back from the clinic and feel so much better. Onwards to new things! 💕🍀

Gerade für mein Geburstagswochenende im Januar einen (beheizten) Bauwagen auf einem Bauernhof in der Nähe gebucht. Ich freu mich! Das wird fein. Einfach Arc und ich in der Natur, vllt. mit Lagerfeuer und vielen Tieren zum Streicheln und Füttern außenrum. Freu mich schon!

Finally have a place in a clinic for getting my mental health in order again. I'll stay there for 4 - 6 weeks. I'll start on Wednesday. It's all very scary, but I hope it'll help me to get better again.

Went to a VHS drawing course every Monday on September and it was great. It was the "school of seeing", I got to try out coal and watercolor, but also just pen. Brought some leaves, peach & mango & a little penguin sculpture at one point. I'll share some in this tread for everyone interested.

On my way home from the first yoga session at the VHS. I couldn't keep up with everything, but that's ok. I hope it's normal to almost cry a few times, when the instructor was for example like "..we love our body's and take good care of them."

Heute endlich geschafft ein paar Therapeuten anzuschreiben. Bin schon etwas stolz. Arbeit ist noch anstrengender als sonst, da ich von den Antidepressiva eher die Nebenwirkungen fühle als alles andere... Wann ich wohl wieder was anderes mache als schlafen, die Wand anstarren und arbeiten... TBC.
