THE RUST ARCHIVES A Month Full of Lore ♥ What will we unravel? Let's find out together ♥ (Check ALT text for more Info :D)

Artwork of four monochrome portraits showing one man and three women.

Ahhhh October, October, THE art challenge month.

Inktober, Drawtober, OCtober or my own Gruseltober - So many challenges, so many people who do daily artworks.

I decided to do something slightly different this month - Daily Loredrops! Together with Artworks of course!!

Sadly I couldn't prep as much as I wanted to, so this months Reward overview will come a bit later, probably next week - but the Lore starts now!!

Soooooo - what are the Rust Archives?
Deep in the headquarters of the Nightshade Crusade, Planatrias biggest army under the lead of Grandmaster Ferrum, there is a library, an archive filled with tomes, books, scrolls and reports about the plague that haunts Planatria, the Rotting Rust.
The Rust decays everything alive and rosts away every metal, every surface, deforms and kills. Those who get infected with the Rusts Spores and survive turn into Rustborne, hostile and mad.

That's all the population knows.... but there is so much more.

And we will uncover some of those thruths together with other things regarding our four heroes of 'And then I found You...'

What are you thinking we will unravel?? Stay with me & let's find out!!

⚠ PSA to artists and clients on #VGen about a Discord scam going around!! ⚠ a scammer is scraping profiles (both artists and clients) to make fake discord accounts impersonating them, then reaching out to people they've worked with in the past who have their discord info publicly visible

FUNFACT: I gave away pronoun pins for free at my last Con and a mom asked me about fae/faer. I explained to her , it's a neopronoun and stuff, and her two kids (let them be around 8-12yo) asked if they could have them and she said something like: "Of course, if you prefer them to she/her"

It’s always nice to make a mermaid smile, just don’t be off put if she shows her teeth~ [amazing comm done by @fioillustration.bsky.social !!]

Panel 1: Stella as a giant mermaid, holding a tiny human in her palm.

Panel 2: Stella gives the tiny a toothy grin, revealing her razor-sharp teeth. Tge tiny immediately gets nervous.
