Two key things did that for me (LDL down, when it was super high few years back): 1) Cutting out biscuits with tea/coffee, so taking nuts, raisins and ginger mix to work. 2) Walking everywhere I could. Interestingly the first one raised HDL, so better ratio = same health benefit I’m told.

Aye, I understand, family FCH makes me jumpy. But so far it’s staying just under the panic marker. Less cakes more walks needed here!

We have a bunch of perfectly good old Digital cameras and accessories - often arriving along with film camera purchases - that should get sold. Having next to no interest in digital, we don’t really want them on the site… but *IF* a section was added to flog them, what should it be called?

Well… we seem to have run out of cameras (besides some APS stuff) and lenses. Oops. Better get in the workshop over the break! I blame Google Merchant listings actually working too well, and the owner/technician/purchaser/developer/accountant/marketeer (me) not working well enough!

Oh yea they are way behind with the real-time tracking, agreed.

Film Cameras UK @filmcameras.uk · 18/12/2025

Actually I think the distinction might be that I only every use 'Tracked 24' and 'Tracked 48' and its been pretty flawless. No idea if the old '1st / 2nd' stuff is crap now.

Anyone need a Pentax film camera manual? We’ve probably got it, and if it’s not listed (here: filmcameras.uk/product-cate...) then it’s likely sat in the HUGE pile to be added, so just ask 😅 #FilmCameras #BelieveInFilm #FilmPhotography
