Sometimes you buy a dress because you've been eyeing it for 3 months and you don't know where you'll wear it yet but you simply must own it. And sometimes a month later your city puts on a vampire tea party and it's the perfect occasion to wear your new dress.

She is back home acting up and hopefully should get better, right now she's still fucked up from being sedated because my cat is an eldritch horror at the vet and that's the only way they can treat her.

I got a quilted blanket from my mom's friend as a wedding gift and my tuxedo cat LOVES it like the highlight of her day is when I lay on the couch under this quilt and she will literally come running from across the room and then just lay on me and purr for hours. These were all taken weeks apart.

Last year vs this year's renfaire outfits. I usually do a spooky witch character so I really wanted to challenge myself with this all white ensemble for this year and I was literally so smug about how great it turned out, I looked AMAZING.

I had an incredible time being Rarity for renfaire this year! Our My Little Pony group was insanely popular, I've never been asked for so many photos. Of course I picked the muddiest year to wear all white!

So because of data centers in my state our power supplier is charging customers extra for power. It's also a monopoly and we have no other option. This is right after I saw news that our governor established a special tax on data centers based on how much power they use. I hate everything.

Kept this tray from my own bridal shower charcuterie because it was nice and had a lid so I figured I could reuse it sometime (I bring a lot of cheeseboards to parties) and now I'm using it for a charcuterie board for a surprise bridal shower tomorrow, life is a circle.

We did the thing where you freeze a piece of wedding cake to eat on your 1 year anniversary and I had double ziploc'd them and put them in Tupperware in the back of our freezer. On the day I preferred my husband's cake (choc peanut butter) but a year later only mine (lemon raspberry) was edible 😅
