Yknow GTA was never my thing, but I did enjoy RDR2, and I thought the whole appeal of these games was just supposed to be dumb silly fun and maybe some solid character writing here and there. Video game ass video games, right? But this new one seems to be… missing that point?

Finally bought a switch 2 (preordered the special Zelda one) As much as I am really unhappy with AAA and the modern games industry, and as happy as I am with my emus/growing collection of indie games on Steam, Nintendo games are still a huge source of comfort that I’m not ready to let go of yet

A part of me was hoping Sony would back pedal, so I could feel good about going back to my PS5. But now that I’ve had my PC for a few weeks… they could make PS Plus free and I still wouldn’t go back. I don’t really need to play all the Spider-Man/God of War sequels that badly lol

It also doesn't matter if you work on a game that's critically panned or only sells okay. I assure you, there's someone for whom that is their *favorite* game. An example: I worked on Iron Man 2, the game. It's okay. It was made under deathmarch crunch conditions and the team was harmed.

Whenever I start playing MP 1 rando, I tell myself I’ll put it down until I get bored or beat a seed in under two hours. The latter usually doesn’t happen, so that’s pretty cool. Also the first time I pulled off the three cycle on the final boss. Without thermal visor, even. I’m kinda sick for that
