I don't understand how it is possible to routinely do everything associated with moving laundry along other than starting the machines. Moving the clothing, emptying filters and traps, loading in new clothing to wash, and putting detergent in. All of it. And then just not pushing the button.

The "always travel with a surge protector" rule remains undefeated. And unknowingly I upgraded on to have a super long cord which proved critical at the new beach house. I really can't recommend enough that you gotta bring one or more with you everywhere. Even a little travel one.
