I’ve seen plenty of folks in binds like this - never thought I’d be one also. To put a long story short, my current laptop met its maker. Money is scarce, and now I’m currently down a PC. I’m setting up a goal on my Ko-fi page for a new one, hopefully sooner than later. ko-fi.com/kirbyfan88/g...

The late Akira Toriyama’s favourite new-gen manga was indeed Black Clover, which is really awesome. It got me thinking. Asta and Goku are a lot more alike than you might think. Both of them make it a habit to go beyond their limits. It has become a staple of their character.

IN NEED OF HELP:

Sunday night, my laptop hinge cracked while in use. The laptop still works, but said screen is loose and now I can't properly close it carry my laptop without the risk of it breaking apart.

I took it to a local tech shop, and the owner estimated the repair that from all the fees such as the diagnostic check and parts, it adds to an estimate high of $250, and this is IF they are able to fix it.
On top of already going through 3 weeks of financial strain after unexpected emergencies and sudden expenses, I'm stretched so thin I can't cover it all on my own.

I rely on this laptop for practically everything for two years, including academics and art. I can only do so many tasks with my phone alone, and any bigger projects and needs are at risk. I refuse to let my semester or future plans implode overnight.

Since time is very critical in this situation, I ask for a stretch goal $150 dollars by the end of the week (October 5tH) to cover part of the repair costs and to help keep me afloat as fast as possible.
Simply sharing this post is also a HUGE help!

I was hoping it wouldn't have come to this or so abruptly, especially since I'm not on socials as much I once was and some people don't know me personally,,but I must take action fast so I can quickly get back on top of things again.

The thing about the Pokémon anime is that it's obviously aimed at kids, but something about the older seasons felt more accustomed to adults despite its intended demographic. So I guess it's good that I grew out of the series after DP. Plus, I was more into Dragon Ball and Naruto during that time.

Ngl, I don't think we'll ever get a Mainline Mario character like Rosalina. It’s surprising we even have a character like her. She's drastically different compared to the other Mainline characters. Imo, she fits more in the RPG games.
