She has a white corset on that ends below the breasts (and isn't one of those killer-corsets that squeeze you like a tube of toothpaste; we don't do those here.)

The background is pretty simple because I ran out of time; basically fancy shiny gold pillows, shiny gold blanket, some gold curtains with sheer drapes, and some mysterious stone headboard that the artist did not quite think though and begs everyone to not look too close at.
