Corn flakes are not healthy. I know this. Unfortunately, modern Corn Flakes are also no longer tasty. Because the salt content has been repeatedly nerfed in them. Sure, the 2.2% salt containing ones were brutal on sodium, but the 0.5% stuff now tastes like shit, so guess I'm done eating corn flakes.

Eating bread I made myself, even though I cheated and used my bread maker, is just so much more satisfying than anything store bought. At least I used my own tweaked recipe. Price works out OK too, not as cheap as the very cheapest crap, but a fraction of the artisan loaves.
