🧨 #WeLovePhysicalMedia

Between Red Cliff (2008), Drunken Master II (1994), and In the Mood for Love (2000), guess which movie uses an English title in Japan? If that question confuses you, welcome to our new video, in which I tell you how China and Japan *don't* translate each other's movie titles. youtu.be/eKDxdciwufA

Gerry Conway has died. Age 73. Cancer. Conway's stories and characters loom large in my personal comics history. I grew up reading, and loving, his work. He's best known for writing the gutwrenching Death of Gwen Stacey. As good as superdude comics get. Thanks, Gerry. Safe travels.

Gwen Stacey breaks her neck in a fall from the Brooklyn Bridge. A gut-wrenching scene dreamed up by Gerry Conway and masterfully drawn by Gil Kane and John Romita.
