Amen. Start sticking up for cities, Democrats! Republicans sure as hell never will. They do a lot of cleaning up for the the rest of the country and do most of the lifting on revenues, so a little respect would be good!

I’ve been on this Earth over half a century. I’ve followed current events closely my entire life and have watched the conservative movement slide toward gutter racism over much of that time. It’s still shocking to see them climb all way into that sewer and roll around in the shit.

Was on the river Monday and the water is still very low. Hopefully we’ll get some rain soon. Still baking every week or two. Mostly just the classic sourdough, but I branch out now and again.

It was delish with a loaf of sourdough and salad. My daughter asked if I could make it thicker next time, so I am going to bump up the roux. I did take a trip with Rob early Sept, and it was a blast.
