Did you know that the UK has among the worst paid holiday rights in the OECD? And that the US has no right to paid holidays at all? We have just 28 paid holidays a year - but no right to paid leave on public holidays. Spain does best with 44 paid holidays a year (incl. 14 public holidays).

Genuine question - are there people involved in *pensions* who think scrapping the triple lock is a good idea? My sense is that the consensus is that private/occupational provision has not caught up anywhere near enough for the state not to continue to do some heavy lifting in retirement income.

We are failing students for plagiarism if they're found to have used AI without attribution - the easiest evidence is a hallucinated reference. It's a serious offence, especially in a law school. For academic colleagues, just don't use AI to generate references. It is professional misconduct.
