got zaatar focaccia at the farmers market, halved & toasted it, put some chive cream cheese on there plus the last of my smoked salmon, two eggs & scallion tops fried in bacon fat, dill & parsley. plus roasted fingerling potatoes. put some ugly sauce on the potatoes afterward also
