Why they claim they need to evict so that properties can be retrofitted is bonkers to me because I’m seeing multiple properties in my area being retrofitted for earthquakes and everybody is living in them while the work is getting done.

I’m gonna say it. LAMetro is by far the most ridiculously inconvenient transit system I’ve ever seen. I cannot fathom how MOST the busses I attempt to take are not really on route and show up as coming WHEN THEY ARE NOT. I waste half my day sitting waiting for this shit.
