Every time someone calls out one side's egregious or probably illegal behavior, I point to the other side's choice not to call it out, make legit accusarions, or punish it when and how they can. Wirhout calling for that, the bemoaning is meaningless and/or disingenious .

The corporation owns the debt. If it cant pay, it gets sold in receivership. If you cant personally stop that or buy it out, it goes away.

Wut, m8? No, if you go bankrupt, you have to sell assets. Are the studios owned by Elisons? No. But the purchase was financed with debt based off equity. If you cant pull it from what an asset would make, you either cover or sell. No Oracle, no cover, proceed to receivership.
