Sovereignty-washing. I used to be on Hyves (mostly to play Pet Party🐱). It got revived again, and it 'runs on a European cloud', said its director. This was a fitting choice, due to ongoing discussions about digital sovereignty.

This is one of my friends, David, math lecturer from Scotland. He crafted and painted his own chess boards because he didn't like the ones available. He also wrote his own chess demonstration software because he was annoyed at all the other chess software. We are very much alike 😂👌

This tourney requires the use of a specific fairy condition that was invented by Japanese composer Hiroaki Maeshima. "Fairy" means that either the chess pieces are mythical creatures that have abnormal functions, or the board is enchanted in a specific way. Fairy pieces look like this ✨️🧚‍♂️
