100 percent in agreement I had some issues with the direction in the first half, but it is a really good movie, and the four lead performances are smashing. Try to see this with an audience. It's the kind of movie people vocally react to.

But the best thing about TOY STORY 5 is that it’s a story for Jessie, and it truly proves that the series still has some gas in the tank. Manages to make the human story just as powerful, which they only really did in TOY STORY 3 before now.

TOY STORY 5 breathes new life into the franchise by tapping into the heart that was mostly missing from TOY STORY 4. It actually feels like a necessary story, one that enhances the entire franchise. Conan O’Brien is the new MVP, and the new Hi-Tech Buzz Lightyear rules too.

Didn’t really like MORTAL KOMBAT II. Better than the first movie, but not a high bar to clear. Gets to the tournament quickly, but it’s clunky as hell, and it looks ugly too. Karl Urban is the MVP, but the gruff, tough guy comedy of Johnny Cage makes it all feel wildly uneven.
