No, not really. On the tactical/operational level the situation a) changes too frequently, b) varies wildly along the frontline, and c) is subject to strict OpSec – it's not something you'd want to advertise widely, not even among your own forces.

Four civilians have been murdered in an FPV "human safari" attack in Sumy region. The Russian drone operator tracked the vehicle near Svesa and ultimately killed all the occupants, including a married couple in their 50s, a 76 year old woman and a man aged 45.
