Ya’ll heard about the lady who pretended to be a substitute teacher and just went to the classroom and cursed out the kids because she was “bored” and “hates kids”?

Okay next Monday is the beginning of the rest of my life 🧘🏽‍♀️ I’ll be back from my trip. Refreshed. And ready to take OPTIMAL care of my body.

I was quiet as a church mouse on the track. Quiet and intensely focused. Basically because I was replaying the race over and over again in my head

i do post-partum work. moms want to feel like themselves & may not know what that looks like with a new kid. a massage with a mani/pedi if she wants alone time. a quiet evening in with her girls may fill up her cup. also, a house cleaning service! take things off her plate!

Hear me out: If it goes w/ their parenting decisions/plans, a gift certificate for certified professional sleep training support/child sleep consultant. Even 1 session may benefit them. @ 6 mo we did it ourselves but it was tough, especially since we were sleep deprived new parents & I was nursing.

To all the women on here who have children, when your kid was like 6 months, what’s a gift you really would have appreciated during that time? I’m doing research.

I’ve been so introspective lately. Like soooooooooo introspective. I feel like there’s a little Essence inside my body just meditating and reading all day.
