I’ve been a teacher for 37 years and I can assure you I have no ballroom with maximum security levels to keep me or any of my students safe. We are trained to hide, fight, and run. If we are trapped in a room, we are trained to grab stapler, chairs, or anything else we can throw at the intruder.
