We are trained to hide, fight, and run. If we are trapped in a room, we are trained to grab stapler, chairs, or anything else we can throw at the intruder. 517332

I’m a military vet/frmr teacher w/ PTSD & once a month drills for active shooters where we were never warned of beforehand took me days/weeks to recover from. 010
