CELEBORN'S EARS x SAURON'S STUBBLE @dreadwolfknot.bsky.social · 5h

sauron doesn't remember celebrimbor's corpse having so much skin left. is there more than yesterday? no. ... no, surely not. has celebrimbor's head always been turned to face him while he works? it wasn't like that yesterday. surely it wasn't. was it?

stunning. it’s like how they used to say “there’s an app for that” but for you it’s “there’s a text post for that”

Most ship fandoms when canon does something evil that nonetheless kinda supports their ship: we got [ship] but at what cost?! Silvergifting fans when one half of their ship murders the other half and keeps the corpse as a memento: wow, this is AMAZING. (Never change guys.)

Okay but can you imagine if Celebrimbor had been hung like a crucifix above the forge, and every attempt Sauron makes at forging The One, he meets the dead eyes of his former friend, the greatest of Elven Smiths, asking for guidance, and all he finds is the memory of mockery? #TRoPSpoilers #TRoPS3

Whumptober Day 6: KIDNAPPED⛓️ Arondir & Adar first meeting✨Interesting that for most of his life, Adar only could have a chat with another Elf by kidnapping/being kidnapped by them. P.S: Always loving Arondir's puzzlement on this scene, feels so genuinely disturbed #Whumptober #Arondir #Adar #TROP

Coloured illustration of Arondir and Adar facing each other in their first meeting in the Uruk trenches underground. Arondir is kneeling at the left, all tense and cautious, while Adar is sitting on a rock at the right, staring at him with a mix of tiredness, menace and curiosity. Between them there are wooden bars closing a tunnel in which a fiery warg is watching the scene with teeth bared.
