I missed you, too. Hope things are going well!

And this one isn't travel anymore. This is a staff position.

Yeah, I have 3 days off to get things in order before I go back to work. It will be nice.

I moved to a new city this week. Starting over, I don't know anyone here. New job that I am really liking so far. Getting unpacked and my apartment set up this weekend. The children are happy, Simon gets to people watch.

Texting is a better option. I'm trying to harshly limit my social media time, and I mainly focus on IG. Miss you!!!

Here's the block list if you're interested. People are blocking because they're bots that are being used to scrape information to use against people Here’s a block list: bsky.app/profile/did:...

Also, ayo @jay.bsky.team and the BlueSky team, if you’re gonna permaban Link and Palestinian aid accounts, it’s not a good look if you also don’t ban government accounts engaged in obvious violations of the Hatch Act, which is an actual federal law.

I very much enjoyed Alien:Earth.

Amanda @eruditeelf.bsky.social · 08/10/2025

I can't access DMs due to them wanting age verification, FYI

Ugh, I hate that they're like that.

Cat wounds are notoriously pain in the ass and infection prone!

Amanda @eruditeelf.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

@gina-warren.bsky.social Can't dm right now. Triple antibiotic ointment or just plain Vaseline after washing with soap and water

It's a little isopod! So cuuuuuuuute. I'm unloading the car and doing so much laundry today. Work tomorrow night.

@gina-warren.bsky.social Got to my flooded apartment. They didn't open any windows, or remove the saturated carpet. Here is an example of my belongings

An apology isn't enough. Fired. He needs to be fired.

Not only that, but he didn't meet ANY of the requirements to enter Valhalla. None of those fucking yahoos would, not one let alone ALL of them. I hate my heritage getting associated with those people.

Remove the cheese, replace with more pickle.

My Minnesota mutuals better be standing up for the Hmong there. They've made their homes in the Metro, and are a vital part of the community, and this shit should not stand.

@hoodooharry.bsky.social It won't let me see DMs until I do age verification.

Amanda @eruditeelf.bsky.social · 09/09/2025

1st divorce, yes. 2nd divorce, no. I didn't want the headache of changing all of my nursing licenses.

Amanda @eruditeelf.bsky.social · 23/08/2025

I miss looking for seaglass!

I need a crochet friend to make me a T. ocellus

000

I'm not engaging. Just blocking and moving on.

000

I happen to love it, and the complaints I am seeing are baseless. Go to Reddit and seethe your hearts out. I have done a lot of pre-emptive blocking today.

030

Seeing a lot of comments on FB and YouTube being EXTREMELY negative about Alien Earth. And they all use the same terminology that exposes them as not true fans. Don't be like that on a creator's post. It's fine to not like something, but the seething negativity is not ok.

I've been really really sick. Losing weight, in the hospital. Hopefully on the mend now though. Ive missed you too. I RARELY check this account and im really reducing my social media time. How are you?

Amanda @eruditeelf.bsky.social · 13/07/2025

I thought it was a lot of fun!
