A little late, but 6 months with Bertie! He loves to snuggle + nap, but only when he isn’t: meowing, yowling, galloping, running, sneaking, somersaulting, jumping, biting, scratching, eating. Fave toys are: golf ball, dented ping pong ball, tattered red ribbon, a sushi-shaped mini stuffie.
Close up front facing photo of a tabby tuxedo cat. The right side of his mouth is smooshed up from snapping too hard on it. His ears are back a bit. He has green-blue eyes and a pink nose. He’s on a cream faux-sheepskin blanket. He looks quite cranky but is actually a bit stunned from being awoken from his nap. Less close up photo of a tabby tuxedo cat. His ears are perky and his nose is very pink.
He’s on a cream faux-sheepskin blanket and has a multicolour pillow behind him.A tabby tuxedo cat lying on his side on a sheepskin on a grey couch. He faces the camera with a confused expression.
One of his back paws is pushed up near his chin. His front right leg is angled up and the paw is touching the couch arm rest. What a cute cat!
Distance photo of a tabby tuxedo cat lying on a mini trampoline. His body from front armpits back to his tail is on the trampoline. His forelegs drop dramatically straight down towards the floor which highlights his bright white front paw socks. He looks a bit stunned and his pupils are big! There are dark blue mats under the trampoline and a white wall behind.

Hello, I am definitely picking up this call! Once that’s taken care of, we just need someone making a good cinnamon bun (thin swirls not puffy dough, no raisins, no gloopy white icing, nice cinnamony glaze but not too much).

Can I like this multiple times? There was a short-lived bagel shop in maybe 2021 or 22 (?), but they had the puffiest of bagels. There’s a great baker who shows up when the mood strikes at Thursday Night Market or other community events but I need more bagel stability than they can offer!

Yes! I’m very curious about how the plants fare in those fairly small boxes. I’m in an ecoregion that experiences full drought during the summer months (west coast), but my understanding is the east coast gets regular summer rain, so here’s hoping it works!

This is Bertie, also sometimes called Grilled Cheese because he melts right off the couch into the floor when relaxed.

I try to keep some hope but the wildfires, the pipeline announcement, the mutual aid requests that go unmet, the genocide in Palestine, the COVID revisionism, the ICE raids, the capitalism of it all, as well as all the other horrors, make my bitty bit of hope pretty shaky if I’m being real!
