Playing FF6 for the first time ever, as a teen I played ff7 and 10. Back then I liked Sephiroth because he was mysterious and tragic and cool but I think I prefer Kefka as a villain because he's a nasty little freak who tricks his way into power and that just works better

Starcraft 1 was a really really good game like in terms of its story, the way it used the ludonarrative to tell the story, its art design. It was a gesamptkunstwerk. It's a shame that Blizzard all became dudebro sellouts and SC2 is a soulless copy because SC1 was special.

Nolan's Oddyssey was for all the fuss bout it pretty good, did all the Nolan-y stuff well, really captured how scary the open ocean is. It just needed an editor. The script had some real clunkers and if someone was around to tell Nolan he needed to make cuts it could've been great
