Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 08/10/2026I’ve been slowly selling my VHS collection on Poshmark and it has been slower, for sure, but zero scammers. So far, anyways. 100
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 08/10/2026This has been a hard-hitting update from the front lines. Now, back to Denise in the MNN chopper with a drive time traffic update. 011
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 06/10/2026Mine are almost always the opposite. Dark dark dark, how the hell did I do this with 800 speed film. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 04/10/2026Absolutely Buddy Cole. I contend that the KITH theme by Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet hits Gen-X Canadians harder than anything else from the 90s. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 02/10/2026Holy shit, fully agree. I’m a journeyman machinist who left the trade to save my back after leaning over a lathe for years. Super happy with the way my career has turned out but if I had stayed as a machinist, I’d be a HELL of a lot closer to financial security today than I currently am. 000
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 01/10/2026Dude that’s a pretty dang good percentage for at least predicting who makes it to the finals. 110
Reposted by EricNiko Stratis @nikostratis.com · 30/09/2026So much of the lens on culture has been turned into a numbers game, where everything is about chart placements and streaming numbers and data. Its a horse race to who gets to do data best, and all of these dorks forget that people just want a song that will make them cry at the grocery store. 150870
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 30/09/2026Portra 400 and 800 are for when it really matters. I biff more shots than I ace, but the aced shots are always on Portra. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 29/09/2026This depends on how much cognitive ability has been surrendered to large language models. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 29/09/2026I guess this is probably my nine games. Cloudy Mountain was the first game I remember playing. The Quest games, Final Fantasy, and Baldur’s Gate turned my imagination to 11. Tribes was my biggest multiplayer obsession. SMW is peak game design. The Unreal games led me to being a Gamespy admin. 020
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 25/09/2026I mean it’s sort of just liquid, right? One man can drink a lot of water. Maybe even an infinite amount of water. 000

Sandwich now has adverts even though you paid for ad-free sandwich. Can pay again to have less sandwich adverts. Now you can eat the sandwich, but it’s smaller. 20747501187

Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 22/09/2026I used to roll my eyes whenever the lifted Ram trucks would blast past me on the highway like I was standing still, or would floor it off the line at every traffic light. Now I applaud that stupid gets more and more expensive. 011
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 20/09/2026This is 100% the look of someone who has won a race at Le Mans. 000
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 18/09/2026This is very disappointing news, and was the only reason I was a Race Club member. I hope to hear both your’s and Richard’s dulcet tones again. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 15/09/2026Nice shots! I like these. I just bought four rolls of Kirkland ASA 200 colour film (I think they’re rebranded AGFA) that expired in March of 2001. I can’t wait to try them out. 110

Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 09/09/2026Man I’m all about restricting single-use plastics but holy shit yeah, paper straws are the worst. Plus the feeling of paper on my teeth makes me want to gag. 010

Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 04/09/2026I had a job where I used these constantly, just all the time. Scratching out names and departments and writing in new ones. But now I am sitting here and, for the life of me, I cannot recall what the job was. Truly, this is what getting old is. 070
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 03/09/2026If the camera doesn’t fix you, I bet some vintage glass would. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 28/08/2026Man, I feel like the Venn diagram of people who use Calibre and people who want AI features in their software is incredibly slim. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 26/08/2026The Challenger disaster in 1986. I was 8 and it gave me nightmares for a long time. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 24/08/2026This generation of pickup truck is the last generation that still felt like they could be called a pickup. Just an honest truck with one big old springy bench seat. Small block 350 with the air filter lid spun upside down to make a little extra noise. And some wild ass paint schemes. 020
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 22/08/2026There was also a Team Fortress mod that I played the hell out of, although it could have been an Unreal mod. People loved Unreal4Ever at the time but I only vaguely remember the details of it. I do, however, recall that the author was… odd. 000
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 22/08/2026There was also ChaosUT - I’m pretty sure it was a mutator that just made weapon fire completely over the top but I do remember it was a fun change from just the standard deathmatching. And it didn’t require any special bot pathing or anything. 010
Eric @eric.iseasyto.ca · 22/08/2026There was a Headhunter mod that was fun and I remember bots doing alright with it. It might have been a mutator, though. There was a Jailbreak mod too and I remember enjoying it a lot at the time, but I don’t recall how the bots handled it. 000
