How we did it: we register 4 views together, in-vivo 2p GCaMP functional, in-vivo GCaMP z-stack, ex-vivo GCaMP confocal and finally MERSCOPE imaging from @vizgen_inc. Below is a snapshot of the interactive website where you can freely inspect the 4-way alignment.
