Primary aldosteronism is under-diagnosed/treated. All hypertensive patients can be screened by aldosterone:renin ratio (ARR). Age 45 or younger with hypokalemia and unilateral adrenal tumor can proceed to laparoscopic adrenalectomy without adrenal vein sampling. www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/...
