Before SCSU men's season begins, here's my new story. I talked to Daniel Tedesco, Clark Kuster, Spencer Meier, and Joe Howe about their ties to the Huskies and joining (or remaining with) the staff. I had a great time working on this. Ten drafts and all. centericeview.wordpress.com/2026/10/01/s...

Yan Shostak, I will avenge you for this dumb trapezoid rule

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Honestly, I don't think they're winning this game so...

I am not paying for midco unless st cloud wins... Even though I should archive this game 🤔

Another great sweep for the Huskies. Maria Mikaelyan with an incredible weekend. Alexis Ehrman with the shutout in her first career start. This team is so fun!!!

What a difference a day makes. Yesterday, Huskies had no issue on breakouts. This game has been rough.

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Idk what the fuck that was or how Mankato didn't score with a fully open net available to them. It's 103 today. I'm losing my mind!!!

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Good defense by st cloud to prevent a goal but now back to the pk. Will the Russians please stay out of the box? Thank you!

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

I find the commentary on how Hailey Hansen catches right handed so funny bc my favorite goalie ever catches right handed and i didn't know it was such an oddity lol

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Why are they on the pk again?!?!!

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Have been going through hell the last few weeks but the Huskies women's team has been helping me feel well again. Now it's up to the men's team to do the same later today!

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Nick Perbix on waivers and now I have to open up the worst drafts ever written and get this story ready to go in a few days even though it's nowhere near a final draft. cruel world.

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

The Predators really said we know we have four former huskies in the org, we're making sure to make it three!

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

This preds game was very bad even for preseason. I feel like it will be a Milwaukee Admirals season now

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

St. Cloud sweeps UConn to start the season! Team looked great all weekend!! Sauriol, Sundelin, and Kyrkkö with great performances once again

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

UConn scores to cut the lead to 2 :/

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

oh no, I saw there had been flooding out there before apparently? a few weeks back?

100

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

lol you'll never guess what happened now... another penalty!!!! idk what's happening now

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

four on four for some time, then 10 second uconn pp, and now four on four again as the period is finishing up. both huskies are like we're just going to exchange penalties now

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

also preds are playing some of the worst music

000

Giselle Velazquez @emptyrink.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Something that I missed in yesterday's game that I saw in the recap was there were no penalties in the game. There have been a few today lol
