Honestly it's always wild to me how much my face changes over whenever my weight does 😅

It is wild how passive aggressive this whole thing has been because I have not even *spoken* to my dad about this, everything we have heard has been second hand from his wife, or my brother, or my uncle. And like it's not *my* job to ensure he's got a relationship with his grandkids.

With no family get together for thanksgiving there's really only the traditional early Christmas get together in November before my Dad & his wife usually fuck off to the tropics for the winter and they haven't seen or talked to the kids since my daughter's birthday 😅

It's funny I gave my firstborn a silly middle name that i just liked and now we've got the forms filled out to replace it forever. Good thing as a parent I'm not overly attached to the names I gave my kids. Some other people should try that sometime.

It *will* make your skin look better generally. It's a little early for too much facial fat movement I think but you will slowly have things like your cheeks looking fully etc. so I could see that making your face looking a bit healthier and it can change the percepption of weight 😅

Heee in this case there's 2 variations in the name with 2 letters that can be swapped and she couldn't remember which one it was cause I always went by the short form anyway where it's a moot point. For the first few years in my job it was misspelled in my email cause IT Intern mixup.

That and this seemed the easiest thing to try to help my cholesterol from the spring cause my doctor was diagnosing me with Metabolic syndrome & I've got a family history of heart stuff & diabetes so I need to be a bit more strict about this stuff now if I want to keep things running well 😅

I'm not too worried about the normal range, I know I was at my skinniest in my adult life at like BMI 25 when I was running a half marathon & biking 4 times a week while rock climbing, but I do know my peak cardio performance was in that 25-27 range I'm trying to get back to.
