Okay first attempt at doing 1km intervals, it was a bit killer and I was dying a bit after interval 3 but I ended up getting a faster 5km than Friday's tempo run for the second fastest of the year b behind my last benchmark run 😅

Okay you can't *clearly* see 2 belts here but I'm wearing the visible studded belt as an angle which implies I might have been wearing 2, as I usually had one through the belt loops and one hanging through the loop on one side and hanging at an angle the rest of the time.

Did a benchmark run today because my 5k on Saturday wasn't me going all out and I was curious where my training had gotten me to. Turns out I'm now the fastest I've been since 2023 when I was 1 year on HRT & about 10kg lighter 😅

Added an interval and I've been doing my intervals at <6:00/km so overall pace is increasing. I was still faster in July for 1 or 2 runs but I'm approaching that pace but with a lot more control
