Only saying this the other day Maths as it is taught should be an option, for those that want to go into sciences, engineering etc The maths that everybody is forced to do ought to relate to how to save, plan a household budget, pay bills etc - essentially life skills

I will (hopefully) have a decent workplace pension But what I wish someone had told me was: just start putting some extra away - private pension/AVCs/whatever - as soon as you start earning You'll never miss what you didn't have but it will make a massive difference down the line
