New profile picture 💫🌞 I've been doing much more writing than illustrating these past few months, but felt like it was time to refresh the ol avatar.

Coral Violet Jolly arrived on 12/12/24! I'm not sure how four (very emotional and exhausting!) weeks have gone by already... but we are so so in love with this tiny, hilarious, stinky, milky, beautiful lady. ❤️

Libraries matter more than ever now! They embody a beautiful & brilliant idea that we must never stop defending. The idea that knowledge is free & belongs to EVERYONE. We all need to support our libraries & librarians - especially when people seek to ban books & free thinking. #libraries #books

Sad to be missing Thought Bubble festival this year! But I'll be nine months pregnant this weekend and we'd be running the risk of a (first?) TBubs baby 😅😂 Have a great time, everyone! @thoughtbubbleuk.bsky.social

I finally coloured my illustration from last year's #folktaleweek! 🍂 My street is covered in autumn leaves at the moment, and they're some of my favourite colours to paint with, so I couldn't resist.

I always bring spare paper to doodle as I host market stalls. I hate being overly hard-sell (or having people be hard-sell to me) so I think after a quick hello/chat it takes the pressure off buyers a bit and they can relax and look through everything! 😊✨

🌸🪻 Wildflowers 🌼🌷 My first new illustration in a while! This was inspired by this verse of the song Wildflowers by The Wailin' Jennys (originally by Tom Petty). You belong among the wildflowers You belong somewhere close to me Far away from your trouble and worry You belong somewhere you feel free
