Highland Council Budget day today. I was genuinely astounded to see that Ruraidh Stewart, Helen Crawford and the rest of the Tory Group are proposing a £3/4million cut to Council planning budgets and that our hard pressed Community Councils can take up the slack. #HighlandCouncilBudget26
