Origami is as close as I've come to one.
Photo of a slightly crumpled origami plane (recognisable as a Blackbird) made out of blue paper and resting on a flat surface. An origami instruction book in the background is open on a page showing a few steps from how to make it.

It took a lot of scrolling to find where I'd reposted this one (turns out it was in 2017):
Image shows a screenshot from a Facebook repost of a tweet by user AndrewCFrancis.

The OP's comment above a screenshot from the News tab of the wn.com website is: "Why you don't let an algorithm pick the photo to go with your news article..."

The article headline reads: "Second Doctor Arrested in US Female Genital Mutulation Case". The photo below is from the TV show Doctor Who, and shows the second actor who played the title character, Patrick Troughton. He is in costume as the Doctor, blowing into a recorder with the interior walls of the TARDIS control room behind him.

The start of the article is visible below the photo. It says "US authorities on Friday arrested a Detroit doctor and his wife for allowing another doctor to perform female genital mutilation on minors at their clinic in Michigan. In a case that has drawn international attention, Fakhruddin Attar, 53, and his wife, Farida Attar, 50, were charged with conspiring with Jumana Nagarwala, 44."

I found my experimental piece, which shows that I should clear the junk off the table behind the couch more often. I can't imagine making something the size of a hand towel, let alone a bedspread.
A colour photo showing a crumpled 6-point lace star made from relatively coarse thread being held on the palm of an open hand. The star has two loose threads hanging off the far side where I clearly lost interest before finishing it properly. In the background a small plastic box holds the printed pattern for making the star, a couple of tatting shuttles, and a few small tatted pieces from previous attempts.

Non-questionnaire diagnosic tools are very useful if you've spent 45 years building coping skills to hide ADHD. I was heading for a Bad at Adulting diagnosis until I took a TOVA (20 min of hitting a button when the shapes are right while an IR camera records my face).
Screenshot showing a section from a test report.

A title at the top reads "1. Objective QbCheck Result".
Beneath that there is a speedometer-style scale labelled as "QbCheck ADHD Total Symptom Level". It is coloured and marked with 80% green on the left-hand low side, 13% grey most of the way toward the high side, and 7% red at the high end of the scale on the right. The needle is pointing to the middle of the red section.

The text reads: "The test taker had a QbCheck ADHD Total Symptom Score of 75. A score above 50 represents a high likelihood for having ADHD-like symptoms.
The test taker's Total Symptom Score equals a high ADHD Total Symptom Level. About 7% of the general population display a similar level of ADHD-like symptoms."

A second title reads "Detailed QbCheck Result". It is followed by 4 cross-hair graphs collectively labelled "Activity Graph" and then individually with "Q1" to "Q4". They each have little squiggles near the centre and no further explanation.

Below that is a long graph titled "Attention and Impulse Control Graph". It shows 20 minutes duration (divided into 4 secions labelled "Q1" to "Q4") on the x-axis, and reaction time on the y-axis. There is also a scattering of 25-ish short vertical lines along the x-axis, labelled as "omissions". There are clusters of them in the Q3 and Q4 sections.
A legend lists green circles as markers for "Correct Response", and red squares as "Commission error".
A string of over 100 green circles and 3 red squares is scattered along the length of the graph, mostly at a height between 25% and 50% of the reaction time scale.

Josie may have hoarding tendencies.
Photo of an adult tortoiseshell cat on grey carpet, taken from above and behind. She is staring over her shoulder at the camera with a "back off, they're mine" expression while crouched possessively amongst the pile of cat toys she's collected from all over the house. There are at least 6 toy mice, mostly made of pale brown fabric with felt ears and string tails, a much larger toy fish with silver/grey printed scales, and a small sealed plastic bag which seems to contain two screws. The bright red felt tongue and yellow nose of a toy lizard is visible poking into the photo from out of frame behind her.

Huh. Adding my postcode actually reduces the number of local results in a DDG search.
Side-by-side screenshots from a phone showing the Duck Duck Go search results for "Oasis water bottles" with a green tick drawn over the local results and a red 'X' over the non-local results.
The one on the left shows a search with no postcode in the search terms and contains 8 local-ish and 8 non-local results.
The one on the right shows a search for the same item with a (blacked-out) postcode added. It shows no local results and 16 non-local results.

I tried the first Reddit screenshot I came across in my feed today, and got zero hits on DDG. The Reddit thread was result #2 on google, so my sense that DDG just isn't useful in this scenario remains strong.
Screenshot from a phone showing Duck Duck Go search results reading:
"No results found for "aitah for accusing my husband of being attracted "

Suggestions:

Check spelling
Try related keywords
Retry search without quotes: aitah for accusing my husband of being attracted"Screenshot from a phone showing google search results for "aitah for accusing my husband of being attracted "; the same search string used in the unsuccessful DDG search. The first result shown is a redditonwiki repost of the thread being searched for, and the second (circled in blue) is a link to the thread itself.
At the bottom of the screen is the first of many other results discussing the Reddit thread. It is from Threads, and the heading reads: "The fact that he doesn't take NO..." before the rest is cut off by the bottom of the image..

On the topic of poorly-thought-out gun-shaped objects, I give you... Bubble Santa.
A photo of a fairly horrifying bubble gun on display in a discount shop.

The gun is in Christmas-themed packaging and is shaped like Santa Claus lying along the top of the gun barrel in a "flying Superman" pose while also being part of the barrel. His gaping mouth contains the lime green outlet for the bubbles.
The pistol handgrip is almost the same shade of red as Santa's suit, so on first glance it looks like he's bent over and humping the lime green bubble liquid reservoir bottle which the packaging has placed below him, in front of the trigger.

A clearly manipulated image shows a (very small) Mk1 Abrams tank attempting to climb out of the infamous Dashcon ballpit. The ballpit is a sad-looking inflatable blue/black kiddy pool less than half full of plastic balls. It sits in isolation on a dark concrete floor in a large, badly lit, beige-painted room. A distant empty chair is at the very edge of the image, near two widely spaced rubbish bins placed against the wall.

Riley has heard of pillows and thinks they sound like a great idea, but she may have missed some of the finer details.
A black and white cat is asleep in the catloaf position on a brown rug. Her chin is resting comfortably on the violently yellow-green handle of a 1.2 metre-long electric branch lopper. The business end of a matching electric hedge trimmer is also resting in front of her on the rug, and the handle of another power tool is visible in the background. There's a cat toy behind her.

Comment by superwholockian62:
"Why the hell did uou marry this guy? Does he even love you? Blaming you for his own faults? Yall haven't even been married a year yet. Is it too late for an annulment? If you can leave while he is gone i suggest doing so. He is abusive. The next step after breaking the house is to break you."

Reply from OP:
"The shitty thing is he’s already broken me. He’s broken my fingers, he’s given me concussions, he’s bruised me, he split my face open and I have a scar underneath my right eye, he’s dislocated my shoulder, he’s punched me in the head. And yet I still can’t fucking leave? And at this point it is my fault."

Hoarders gonna hoard.
A tortie cat stares threateningly over her shoulder at the camera from where she's crouched with her hoarded pile of toys. Visible are 7 toy mice of various types, one large toy fish, and the tounge of a toy lizard which is mostly out of shot.

I still have a photo from the evening of the 2021 Western Australia state election. I'll treasure it always. Red is Labour seats, blue is Liberal (the conservative party, and the main opposition party up until this point), and green is the Nationals, who usually form a coalition with the Liberals.
A TV screen shows Australian electoral night analyst Antony Green pointing at a graphic depicting the election outcome as a group of red, green, and blue figures seated in a plain white rendering of the WA Lower House Chamber of Parliament.
The red figures greatly outnumber the green and blue figures, a tiny line of text in the middle says "Labour majority of 45", and a seat tally across the bottom of the graphic reads: "LIB 2. NAT 5. ALP 52".

At the very bottom of the TV screen (and unrelated to the main point of posting the image) a cut-off news ticker says "...ernor of New York refuses to resign over sexual assault allegations"

The hands are still fucked up. The boyfriend's hand is growing out of the side of his forearm at 90⁰, and the wife's hand is as flat as a piece of paper and/or may be part of the baby's PJs.
Cropped section of the OP image with a dotted red line showing the line of the boyfriend's forearm and fingers, and an arrow pointing to where the wife's hand appears to have been laminated onto the back of the baby.

I wonder if it could also be used to treat osteoporosis?
Screenshot from the article:
The medicine itself deactivates the uterine sensitization-associated gene-1 (USAG-1) protein, which suppresses tooth growth. As we reported in 2023, blocking USAG-1's interaction with other proteins encourages bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signaling, which triggers new bone to generate.

This one was a year earlier, according to the timestamp. I give her a fresh box every now and then in the hope that she'll leave the rest of the house alone.
A brown tabby cat sits inside the remains of a cardboard moving box, licking her lips and staring at the camera with one eye closed so she looks like she's winking.
The top and most of one side of the box are missing, with ragged edges where the cardboard has been torn away.
The tile floor is littered with dozens of tiny cardboard pieces.

Laura would like to suggest cardboard box, for similar reasons.
A very alert tabby cat is sitting upright in a cardboard moving box with her head poking out the top. Some more of her body is visible through a 10cm wide vertical strip which is missing from the side of the box facing the camera. The edges of the missing strip and of the open box flaps are ragged, having been meticulously torn off and dropped on the floor in tiny pieces. The flap facing the camera is missing entirely. The cat is obviously proud of her handiwork.

Copied from someone who got to it while it still existed:
Screenshot from a real estate website showing a grey row house with "PEDOS" painted in blue spraypaint vertically beside the left side of the door, and what looks like "N PIGGOS" in the matching position beside the right side of the door.
"NONCE PEDOS" is painted between the window and front door, on the other side of the front door, and on the front of the lean-to shed standing even with the front of the building.
"PEDOS NONCE" is painted diagonally on the other side of the window at the far left of the house.
There are a number of grey-green and bright yellow garbage bags scattered across the un-mowed front grass. A wooden gate to the right of the shed is hanging loosely open.

Four hours after an inquiry from THE CITY, a spokesperson for the NYPD confirmed the officer was attempting to navigate through an area barricaded by students while using a firearm “equipped with a flashlight” to illuminate his way when he shot his gun “accidentally.” The bullet struck a wall, and the spokesperson reiterated that the shooting occurred in the presence of police officers only.

This was a foster from a while ago, named Bella. She was restful to be sat on by. Sort of like a purring weighted blanket. There's some forced perspective in this pic, but she definitely had "large breed" in her recent ancestry.
Selfie photo showing a large grey cat sitting on the chest (and obscuring the face) of a half-reclining woman with short grey hair. Due to the camera angle the cat looks larger than the human.

Photo shows the same shelves as before, but empty except for two books for scale. The shelves are all attached to two vertical pieces of wood, which, in turn, are supported by a French cleat which was hidden by the top row of books in the previous photo.

I made some which start far enough up the wall that the cats haven't knocked anything off it yet. This was my test run made out of pine about a year ago, but I need to find a source of narrow hardwood planks before I make the permanent versions.
Photo shows 6 shelves spaced just far enough apart vertically to fit paperback novels. They are mounted on a wall with very little visible sign of what's holding them up.
