I don’t know who else needs to hear this but vein finders exist. Phlebotomists don’t have to keep poking you in search up a vein. They can use science.

Guy came down the street today singing and dancing and apologized to me for having so much energy. I told him I thought it was great because I would give anything for that energy. So so he threw a bunch of his energy my way. Honestly, what a guy.

Here’s the thing about The Kennedy Center. It’s not the best place to see a show in DC. It’s not on the metro. It’s not easy to get there. The Opera House and the Eisenhower Theatre are big and it’s hard to see unless you have a good seats.

So chicken farms have started spending millions of dollars putting in state of the art air filtration and circulation systems - because culling whole flocks to mitigate avian flu is expensive - but we have done zero to improve air quality in schools - because kids are expendable I guess.

Opinion: D.C.'s new streatery rules are a costly miscalculation
The city's streatery guidelines are punishing small businesses and vibrant neighborhoods. We need a permanent solution to keep these staples of the city’s dining scene.
